Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private use only.
You may not reproduce, share, screenshot, print, record, distribute or resell any part of our materials without prior written consent from the High Risqué Ltd team.

2 | Access & Membership

Our offerings are hosted securely through our High Risqué Members Portal on our website.

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a Welcome Email inviting you to create or log into your member account. From there, you’ll have instant access to the product(s) you’ve purchased.

Access credentials are personal and sacred; please do not share or post them publicly.
We reserve the right to update or move products within the portal as our platform evolves.

3 | Refunds & Exchanges

Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered.

If you encounter technical issues accessing your content, email smoko@highrisque.com within 7 days and we’ll gladly help restore access within 24-48 hours.

4 | Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability or promotions without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments or Stripe.
High Risqué Ltd does not store or have access to your complete payment details.

However, all offerings are provided ‘as is’, for educational, inspirational and entertainment purposes only.
